_{Well hello all.

It seems that we may have "accidentally" "forgotten" about the month of February. However, I am promising to pull my boot-straps up around here & start getting some work done.

This news article is the second in a monthly series meant to feature works from our semi-new group The-Underexposed. This fairly new group is the "brain-child" of Nya-ko & myself. Simply put, our sole goal as a group is to showcase underexposed excellence in art.

Finally! The long-awaited news article has arrived!

Essentially, this news article is the first in a monthly series meant to feature works from our new group :devthe-underexposed. This fairly new group is the "brain-child" of Nya-ko & myself. Simply put, our sole goal as a group is to showcase underexposed excellence in art.

_{News

Well, as my sub-time continues to draw to a rapid close... I want to leave you with at least one last feature.

Not a whole lot new has occurred; as not a lot of time has passed.

This weekend I was able to shoot a conceptual idea that hit me during the middle of last week. I am thrilled & hope to get them up soon. Thanks to Nya-ko & Love-n-Death for the help and... inspiration.

I am always looking for work, so if you know of anyone in the Seattle area who needs photos... just drop me a line.

My Heart is Still Beating

_{I have been very... busy.

But busy is good. If I am not busy, I don't know what to do with myself.

So I suppose busy translates into happiness; for the time being.

News

~

- I have finally cleared out my messages. I am not sure how long it will last.

It makes me sad that I have started to become more active on DA... right as my sub runs out.

~

- Nya-ko & I have started a new group. It is not exactly in up-&-running condition yet... due to our mutually busy schedules.

Our group, "the-underexposed" can be summed up in a very simple manner: to showcase underexposed excellence in art.

We both feel that the ostensible "art-quality bar" has been set fairly low as of late. Our ideology is that something needs to be done in order to up awareness & exposure to some of the PHENOMENAL artists that are being completely overlooked here on DA.

- I have just finished making banana bread. Yum.

~

- My "other job" as a dance teacher has been shaping me greatly over the past few months. I am having bad days, good days, & most importantly... learning. I love it.

~

- On a bit of a more personal... and serious note...

About three months ago, my aunt was diagnosed with stage four lung cancer that had metastasized to her brain & spine. My family has been pressing on through the innumerable challenges that have come along with this.

Currently, my dad (my aunt's older brother by 10 years) & my aunt are in Austria where my aunt is receiving very specialized treatment. They have been there for over a month... & will not return until the 18th of December.

Your thoughts & prayers regarding this situation are of course appreciated.

- Lastly, but CERTAINLY not least... (drumroll please)

I BOUGHT A NEW CAMERA.

This actually occurred well over a month ago... but due to my inactivity here I have failed to announce it.

I purchased the Canon EOS 5D Mark II. & LOVE it. Absolutely LOVE it.

People keep talking about how the camera will eventually "pay for itself." However, just the sheer joy I am receiving from taking pictures on this camera is enough.

Photography Business/Sub

In other news:

I've officially opened my photography business. My main reason for doing this is to pay for tuition. I'm moving out of my parents house in a month. I have a job already; but the extra cash is going to help me pay for textbooks, supplies, FOOD, car insurance etc. Any help I can get promoting & such is appreciated.
